Hi! We are sheerME. We've worked hard to make our Terms of Service easy to read.

Summary

sheerME provides sheerME.com and the sheerME app, which allows you to discover, book and pay online with spas, salons, beauticians, personal trainers and other wellness and beauty businesses.
The Partner Services available on sheerME are sold by our Partners and not by us. We are only responsible for facilitating and completing your booking or order.
The contract for Partner Services is directly between you and the Partner. We are not responsible for the Partner Services you receive.
sheerME may deactivate your account if you violate any part of these Terms of Service or if you act in an inappropriate, abusive or unacceptable manner towards a Partner or our team.

sheerME Terms of Service – full version

We are sheerME Media Digital, a company registered in Portugal under company tax registration number PT515989398, with registered office at Rua do Comércio, Nº 93 3200-227 Lousã, Coimbra, Portugal.

These are the Terms of Service and Conditions between a user and sheerME for the use of the sheerME platform.

Key Terms

"Appointment" means any booking for one or more services from a Partner made through the sheerME Platform.

"Cancellation Policy" means a policy whereby a Partner may charge a fee for a cancelled Appointment, which may be up to 100% of the value of the booked service.

"Customer" means you, the user of sheerME Services or the purchaser of any Partner Services.

"Partner" means a business or professional that offers Partner Services through the sheerME Platform.

"Partner Services" means wellness and beauty services that a Partner provides and makes available for booking or purchase through the sheerME Platform.

"sheerME Platform" means the sheerME website and the sheerME app.

Using sheerME Services

To use sheerME Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the sheerME Platform, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not use the sheerME Platform.

Bookings

When you make a Booking, you agree to a partner contract (including any partner sale terms) with the Partner. sheerME is not party to this agreement.

Please carefully check all details and any restrictions relating to a Booking before confirming it.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a Booking, first check the Partner's Terms of Service to see if you can do so. If you can, you can do so by:

Submitting a request through the sheerME platform
Sending an email or calling the Partner directly
Sending an email to our support team at feedback@sheerme.com

Payments

If you pay for Partner Services using the sheerME Payment Services, we may collect and receive your payment on behalf of the Partner in our capacity as commercial agent.

Liability

sheerME is not responsible for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of using sheerME Services or any Partner Service.
