This document describes the Terms and Conditions regarding the use or navigation of www.sheerme.com and all affiliated sites owned and operated by sheerME Lda, including all subdomains, subdirectories, mobile sites and applications (collectively, the "Site").
We are a limited company, registered in Portugal, with tax number PT515989398 and office address at Rua Armando Cortez Nº1 3ºB, 2770-233 Paço D'Arcos, Lisbon, Portugal.
By accessing and using the sheerME Site, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read, in full, understood and accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not use this Site.
sheerME reserves the right to change, in whole or in part, these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.

sheerME reserves the right to suspend, delete or modify the sheerME Site or services offered, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
It is always your responsibility to ensure that your equipment has all the technical specifications necessary to access and use the Site safely.
4.2. Eligibility Conditions
Use of the sheerME site is subject to the following cumulative eligibility requirements:
- The User must be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to be bound by legal obligations
- Bookings made on the sheerME site, for yourself or for any other person for whom you are legally authorized to act, will be legitimate
4.3. Accounts, Passwords and Security
You do not need an account to access the sheerME platform or its applications, but you will need an account to use certain features. By opening an account, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions.
Users commit to providing accurate, up-to-date and truthful information, including surname, name, email address and phone number.
5. User Permissions
Unless you are a Partner, i.e., a service provider, each User may only use the Site or apps for non-commercial use and only in accordance with these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations, is the property of sheerME or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
sheerME is not responsible for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or data resulting from the use or inability to use the Site
- Any errors, viruses, Trojan horses or similar that may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party
8. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
